Staff were helpful and friendly, always smiling. Room service was quick, TV had many channels, bed and pillows comfortable. Spa had excellent de-stressing massage, helpful receptionist.

The location of the hotel is a major plus, as it is close to a small marina, providing a pleasant view and the opportunity for a relaxing stroll. there are several restaurants located on the corniche, offering a variety of dining options. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, with a modern walk-in shower in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of attention to cleanliness. Some guests have reported that the property is not well-maintained and not as clean as expected.

The food at the hotel is absolutely amazing! Fresh, delicious, and made with care. We had the pleasure of being served by the incredible waiter Ali Hammond, who showed us all the best dishes. The pool is also big and the café serves good food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The management personally attended to our needs and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my sister. The spa was excellent and the massage was highly recommended. The hotel's manager was very hospitable and welcomed our feedback with a smile. The location was great, away from the noisy streets and with a fantastic sea view from our room. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, were fantastic. The private beachfront was a great place to stroll and enjoy the view of the marina.

The hotel is in a prime location directly on the Mediterranean shore, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore during the day. Guests can also enjoy direct access to a beautiful beach, adding to the overall relaxation experience.

The AC during an event was not working properly, causing discomfort for guests.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. The reception team was very helpful, supportive, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean with an outstanding view. The overall ambiance was very neat and tidy. The gym and pool are outstanding. The location and staff were great. I'll recommend this hotel.

The rooftop bar offered an awesome view of the city skyline and Mediterranean Sea. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and have a cozy Lebanese dinner. the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, just a few meters away from a famous landmark.

The room we stayed in had a less than desirable view, and there were no options to change it. the room wasn't properly organized and felt cramped due to the placement of the bed.

Warm reception, good breakfast, lovely rooftop bar, clean facilities, beautiful pools, amazing gym.

Amazing location, steps from Pigeon Rocks. Helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities at the hotel. Direct access to the beach. Huge swimming pool with sea-facing terrace. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Good food and service at the Lebanese restaurant. Clean rooms with welcoming housekeeping.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the great view of the sea from the hotel and the peaceful atmosphere it offered. the hotel is also conveniently located near urban areas, making it easy to explore the surrounding city. Additionally, I enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. some of the reception staff were unhelpful, which was quite surprising.

This hotel was an incredible luxurious escape! the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my needs, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the spa centre was amazing with live entertainment and the seasonal outdoor pool was breathtaking. the bar and lounge had great catering services and dinner options, not to mention their delicious continental breakfast.

One minor issue was the lack of outdoor swimming pool sun loungers. this was a minor issue as the sun terrace provided an equally enjoyable experience.

The exclusive amenities at this luxurious hotel fulfilled all of our needs. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & Wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and sun terrace were all outstanding. the restaurant offered a great range of Halal food for all meals, along with catering services and coffee/tea in the lobby. the sun loungers in the garden area allowed us to relax and enjoy the outdoors while the entertainment offered and the live performances made the stay even better!

The only minor issue we had was the limited variety of food at the restaurant buffet. Though it was still satisfying, there were not many options to choose from.

This hotel feels like a private island, with its own beach and large swimming pools. The breakfast was superb with a variety of delicious food. The staff, especially Darine Awwad and Rayanne, provided exceptional service and made me feel like a valued customer. The location is great for friends who enjoy going out at night.

Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.
